Dear Virginia and Paul, We grieve with you on the loss of your Dad but rejoice with you that he has gone Home at last. Your father was a colleague and close friend since 1949 when he joined the faculty of Saint Matthew in upper Manhattan. With us he helped to establish Our Savior High School in the Bronx and Martin Luther High School in Maspeth, Queens. He was highly respected by faculty and students as a dedicated Christian teacher. He was always ready to go the extra mile to accomplish what needed to be done. May our gracious Lord give you the strength you need during this difficult time and comfort you with the certainty of the promised resurrection. “I am the resurrection and the life.
