Personal Aftercare Assistance

A service called A Dignified Life helps to develop care plans with elders and their family members. They assess things such as safety, living conditions/situation, cultural influences, and family dynamics to identify a care plan that addresses specific needs.

A Dignified Life

Westchester Funeral Home, Inc. has an ongoing relationship with family advocate and transition expert Barbara Newman Mannix of A Dignified Life. After funeral services are over, we offer a free one hour consultation with Barbara. She provides personal support to evaluate your financial situation, review legal matters and answer other questions that arise after a death. A one hour session may be enough to help you or you can sign up with her directly for more support to navigate complex issues.
