I would like everyone to know that Dr. Salimbene was more than just the Tuckahoe Police Dept. docor. I saw him for 30 years, while with the TPD. We had a group of 9 or 10 officers coming on the job in the early and mid 1970's. My personal feeling about the "Doc" is that he practically raised that group of cop both physically and mentally. He would always take the time to listen to "all" problems and usually had good advice to help. I'll never forget the man.............
