Chris was the kindest, brightest and most well adjusted soul around. His grandparents lived across the street from the house I grew up in so I had the privilege of watching him grow from this shy, uncomfortable boy into a remarkably outgoing, well spoken and incredibly positive man. All of his hard work and accomplishment throughout life made my family proud. The obstacles he overcame were in no way easy and his drive was unmatched. My late mother had a special bond with Chris and his appreciation towards her kindness was always expressed tenfold. My father, sister and I are all terribly upset by his passing; I will always remember Chris as inspiring.
