Nicholas Meo of Bronxville, died on November 11, 2012 at the age of 89. He was a devoted husband to Lucy Meo and loving father of Janice Meo of Scarsdale. Nick was born in the Bronx on February 22, 1923 to Marcella and Allesandro Meo. He served 3 years in World War II in the South Pacific and on November 12, 1949 he married Lucy Mazza. He was President of Lujan Realty Corporation and Cameo Motor Sales. He served as President of the Mt. Vernon Kiwanis in 75/76 and also served 4 years on the Mt. Vernon police advisory board. He spent his retirement between Bronxville and his condo in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. In his retirement, one of his greatest joys was meeting with his friends at the ‘Breakfast Club’ in Mt. Vernon. His love for life and great sense of humor always made him the center of attention. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
