Michael was passionate in his beliefs, he knew who he was and lived his life the way he wanted.  This was balanced with respect and compassion for others.  It didn’t matter where you came from.  If he had a credo – it was live with integrity, compassion and grace. And love.  Lots of love.  At least that is the mark he left on me.  And I am grateful for the example he set – and I benefited from. We will miss you Michael and cherish the time we had together this go around.
