It is with heartfelt sadness to hear of the loss of a most wonderful, kind and thoughtful person. Anyone who had the opportunity to work with Lois knew she was the backbone of the Scarsdale School District in many ways. She was a truly gentle and classic lady,
Peace to you, Lois

Harry and I will always remember you for your kindnesses, beautiful singing voice, and wonderful helper to her husband, Pastor Merlin Rehm. We know you are with Merlin now in heaven.

Ted and Chris, your mother was a wonderful and amazing woman. She was my dear friend and the workplace “rock” of the Scarsdale Schools office. She was never too busy to share a kind word or a humorous insight (of which she had many!) She was brilliant, incredibly well read, always kind and noticed a lot more about people and situations than she ever let on. I will miss her greatly.

My family was warmly included in Lois’s Christmas celebrations when our son married her neice. Those holdays are among our most favorite memories. What a warm and welcoming family. Our deepest condolences to Ted and Chris on the lose of their mother and father, both in the same year.
