John F. Coco, 95, of Eastchester, passed away on August 21, 2012. He was born on March 21, 1917 to the late Frank and Francesca (Callerto) Coco in Nashwauk, MN. John worked as a Firefighter for FDNY. John is survived by his sons Frank Coco of Albany, NY, and John Coco of Eastchester, NY. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by wife, Edith Coco, father, Frank Coco, mother, Francesca Callerto Coco, and his sister, Josephine Lanzetta. Visitation will be held at WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC., EASTCHESTER on Thursday August 23, 2012 from 4 to 8 PM. Requiem mass will be held on Friday August 24, 2012 at the Assumption Church, Tuckahoe, at 10 AM. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY.
