I'm so sorry to hear of loss of this sweet lady and a special friend on my phone line....I had the honor of working with JoAnn every day via a call center with our jobs - it was always the highlight of the day to get to visit and laugh and hear her tell me stories about whatever was going on in life at the time! We would laugh and laugh (and we would get the task at hand taken care of too of course!). I never had the pleasure of getting to meet Miss JoAnn in person but there is now doubt I had a friend up in New York - a friend that made an impact and brightened many of my days. I'm will be thinking of all of the family in these days and the days ahead - keeping in thoughts in prayers. - Buddy

JoAnn was a wonderful gal. I can remember my wife, Linda coming home saying in amazement, "We are at EJ Korvetts on Boston Road I couldn't get the baby carriage out of the trunk, JoAnn jumped in the trunk wrestled it out. Then we went shopping." Yes, JoAnn crazy, impetuous, smart, tough, a great person. She will be missed.
