Joan R. Schacht, 66, A resident of Yonkers died on September 25, 2013. She was born on March 3, 1947 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Ralph and Rose Allen. She is survived by her son Harry Schacht III (Kim), her niece Kim Allen and nephew Scott Allen. Along with her parents she was predeceased by her husband Harry Schacht Jr. and a brother Ralph Allen.
