Gaetano "Tom" Inguanti 86, of Yonkers passed away peacefully on October 27, 2012. Born in the Bronx on December 7, 1925 to Carmelina and Salvatore. He is survived by his devoted and loving wife Sarah (Galante) and his loving children Salvatore (Rose) of Eastchester, NY and Margaret Doherty of Port Charlotte, FL. His adoring grandchildren Salvatore (Lisa) of Rye, NY, Nicole of Eastchester, Dianna Doherty Gamelin (Justin) of Boynton Beach, FL, Michelle and Michael Doherty of Port Charlotte, FL. Great grandfather of Christian and Kiley. He was predeceased by his sister, Lucy Lico of Pelham, NY.
Tom was a longtime member of the Knights of Columbus Wakefiled Council 2922, as a Worthy Sir Knight and a member of the 4th Degree. In the appliance repair business for many years, Tom was always there to help family and friends.
Visiting at the Westchester Funeral Home,Inc., Eastchester, Fri., Nov. 2, 2012 from 5-9PM. Funeral Mass, Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Scarsdale, Saturday Nov. 3 at 10:15 AM followed by burial at Rose Hills Cemetery in Putnam Valley, NY.
