Concetta DeNunzio, 86, of Scarsdale, passed away on September 8, 2012. She was born on June 22, 1926, to Luigi and Maria (Russo) Ciarcia in Mount Vernon, NY. Concetta worked as an Administrative Assistant for N.Y. Telephone in NYC. Concetta is survived by her loving daughters: Linda (Ronald) Bern and Jane (Frank J. Ryan Jr.) Ryan, and by her beloved grandchildren: David Bern, Timothy Bern, Irene Bern and Lauren Marie Ryan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis DeNunzio. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 12, 2012, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at THE WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC., EASTCHESTER. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2012, 11:00 am at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Scarsdale. Burial will take place at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne.
