Obituary for Bruce John Rogliano

Bruce John Rogliano of Eastchester was born on March 13, 1948, died suddenly on Thursday, March 21, 2024. He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years Linda Rogliano (nee Verno). His loving children, Philip Renna of Pleasantville, Jennifer Pepperman of Eastchester, Michele Scottino of Eastchester and Deirdre Rogliano of Eastchester. His cherished and treasured grandchildren, Michael, Ashley, Alexandra, Bianca, Isabella, Bradley and Tyler. His sister Dierdre McLeod of Chicago, and his two brothers, Gary Rogliano (Angela) of Virginia and Eugene Rogliano Jr. of Wisconsin. Bruce was predeceased by his parents Eugene Rogliano, Sr; Marie Rogliano (nee Brugnoli) and his sister, Audrey Daniels.
Bruce was an Army Sgt who proudly served as a Scout Dog Handler in Vietnam from 1968-1970. He received many commendations and medals for his service and bravery. Bruce began his long career in the meat and restaurant business in the early 70’s which spanned over 5 decades. For the past 18 years he has owned and operated Rogliano Food Service, proudly supplying many local restaurants with the highest quality meat and produce.
Bruce was always the happiest when he had his family around, so Sunday dinners were always a must, especially summer barbecues sitting on his deck looking at his beautifully manicured yard and watching everyone, especially the kids, enjoy the pool. We have lost a huge part of our family, and he will always be in our hearts.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 24, 2024, 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm at THE WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC., EASTCHESTER. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, March 25, 2024, 10:30 am at the Immaculate Conception Church, Tuckahoe.
