Amelita Battista, 85, of Cortlandt Manor passed away on May 19, 2018. Born October 11, 1932 in Casalciprano, Italy to the late Pasquale and Angiolina (nee Lombardi) Venditti.

Amelita is survived by her son; Danny (Mattea) Battista, daughter; Anna (Robert) Valenti, sister; Ida Stillitano, grandchildren; Danielle Pizzuto, Angela (Tom) Curran, Jennifer Battista, Robert Jr. (Natasha) Valenti, Ricky (Jori) Valenti, Dana (Matt) Goux and great grandson; Rocco Pizzuto.

Amelita is predeceased by her husband; Gino Battista and sisters; Concettina Campana, Lina Colitto and Lidia Battista.

The family will receive friends at the WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC. EASTCHESTER on Monday - May 21, 2018 from 4-8 pm. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday - May 22, 2018 9:30 am at Immaculate Conception Church, Tuckahoe. Entombment to follow at Ferncliff Cemetery Hartsdale, NY.
