Connie was such a wonderful, smart and funny person. I will always feel blessed to have known her, learned from her, listened to her, talked about hospice work with her, read the articles she recommended, made a point of going to see her speak at our hospice conferences. She had so much to share. While I've known her from afar for years, I got the chance to work closely with her, and she made me feel like I was one of her friends, and even, that I knew what I was doing in our work together! I can't imagine the loss you must be feeling Raymond, Connie has been such a gift to the world, and she accomplished so much in her life, even though it was cut short. I feel the pain of never being able to ask her questions, or call her up and pick her amazing brain. I hope you feel nothing but pride, to have shared great lives together, and created so many good memories. My sincerest condolences. We have lost a true gem.
