John J. Forzaglia Sr., 90, of Hartsdale, passed away on April 10, 2016. He was born on November 2, 1925 to the late Frank and Ada Forzaglia in NYC, NY.

John is survived by his sons, John (Denise) and Mark (Jacqueline) Forzaglia; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

John was predeceased by his wife Theresa; brothers, Phil, Frank and Anthony; and his sisters, Sue, Rosie and Toni.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday - April 12, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at THE WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC., EASTCHESTER. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday - April 13, 2016 9:30 am at the Immaculate Conception Church, Tuckahoe. Entombment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Valhalla.
