Anna Maria Marinello, nee Bosco, of Tuckahoe passed away peacefully at home on February 5, 2016 after a 15 year battle with Parkinsons and Alzheimers Disease. Anna Maria was born in New York City on February 16, 1928 where she lived with her family until she married Joseph R. Marinello, Jr. of Tuckahoe on June 17, 1956. Anna Maria is predeceased by her parents, Vincent and Vittoria Bosco, her sister Mary Bosco, her sister in law Emily Bosco as well as her grandson Joseph Martin Marinello. Anna Maria is survived by her loving husband Joseph Jr., her two sons, Joseph III, and Michael, her two daughters-in-law, Marjut and Patricia and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Corinna, and Grace as well as her brother Joseph Bosco, her nephews and niece, Joey, Anthony, Vincent, and MaryAnn. She is also survived by family in Bari, Italy.
Anna will be remembered as a wonderful wife, a loving mother and mother in law, as well as a fabulous Nanny who doted on her grandchildren. She worked for the Westchester Republican Party for many years. She had a great sense of humor, always had a smile on her face and the kindest heart. We will miss that smile, her warmth and laughter.
The family will receive friends at the WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC. EASTCHESTER Monday 2-4 and 6-9PM. Mass of Christian Burial, Tuesday February 9th at 10:30am at Assumption Church. Interment to follow at Holy Mount Cemetery.
