Obituary for Bernice Margaret Schulte (Schulte)

Bernice Margaret Schulte (Schulte)
Bernice M. Schulte, 87. of Eastchester, NY died on September 21, 2015. Devoted mother of Stephen (Bonnie) Heinz, Arthur (Denise) Heinzinger, Therese "Teecy" (Tony) Allison, Ann Mariani, Barbara Heinzinger Bruno and the late Betty Bard and Joan Heinzinger. Dear sister of Genevieve Malloy, Bud (Judy) and Peter (Pam) Schulte. Cherished grandmother of Katie (Tony) Tucker, Jessica Owens, Michelle Bard, Brian Allison, Jaimie (Dennis) Conrad, Katie Allison and Joseph, Raymond and Rebecca Mariani, and great grandmother of Gaven and Liam Tucker.

Bernice was an artist that loved to paint, she was faithful to her church, and most importantly was a loving mother and proud grandmother. She loved being involved in her community where she participated in numerous volunteer activities, helped out with local political campaigns, spent her summers swimming at Lake Isle Country Club and was a devout parishioner of Immaculate Conception Church. Bernice was a "social butterfly" at heart, enjoying her time most when using her talents to contribute to group projects or social events. She took pride in every aspect of her life including raising her seven children, working at NBC in New York City, taking care of her grandchildren, and most importantly, being a loving and caring person to those she held dear to her heart. It is because of Bernice''s strong faith in the Catholic Church and her absolute belief that we all go to the Kingdom of Heaven after our life on earth, that her family finds comfort in knowing she is now in a place of eternal peace and happiness.
