Obituary for Vivian Coghlan

It is with great sadness that the family of Vivian Coghlan announces her passing on October 5th, 2021. She was 79 and a long-time, active resident of Eastchester. Vivian was born in the Bronx, NY on November 8th, 1941 to Richard Zuccaro and Adele (Cirincione) Zuccaro. Vivian was the loving wife of Bernard Coghlan, whom she was married to for 56 years. She was the loving mother to Matthew (Marcia), Tricia (Marco), and Dana (Charles). She was the cherished grandmother of 8 grandchildren: Vincent, Valerie, Anthony, Jessica, Christian, Vanessa, Nicholas and Alyssa. Vivian was predeceased by her parents and brother Richard Zuccaro. Vivian was a retired registered nurse and served much of her career in the New Rochelle school system. Vivian loved spending time with her family and friends, reading, summers at Lake Isle pool and participating in activities and events at the local senior center. Vivian was a generous, kind and caring soul, a wonderful listener and a devoted and cherished wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. She will be forever loved and missed. The family will receive friends on Friday October 8, 2021 from 5 - 8 PM at the Westchester Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Main St. Eastchester. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday October 9, 2021 at Immaculate Conception R.C. Church, 9:30 AM. Interment to follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
