Obituary for Victor E. Cioffi

Victor E. Cioffi, 84, of Mount Vernon died on July 30, 2018. Cherished husband of his loving wife, Marie Cioffi, for 25 years. Loving father of Victoria Pulicicchio and Christopher Cioffi and his wife Dina. Beloved grandfather of Jillian Marie, Natalie Rose, Christopher Michael Jr., and Alyssa Victoria. Dear brother of Alexander Cioffi and his wife Eileen, and the late Lucie Voso, Rita Cooley, and Lawrence Cioffi.
Victor had a storied career with over 20 years as a mechanical engineer at Ford Motor Company in Mahwah, NJ. Later in life, he pursued his passion of woodworking, running the refinishing company of Rimi Woodcraft. He was as passionate about his hobbies as he was his work. From his years as a private pilot flying his Piper Warrior to designing and building many wooden toys for his grandchildren including sleds, pull toys, dollhouses, and furniture. The thing that Victor will be remembered for most was his generosity and love. "He never met a stranger". He will be loved and missed greatly.
