Rev. Dr. Thomas Nelson Green, 88. Died October 9, 2019 at Lawrence Hospital. Survived by Goddaughter Dawn Holliday Carter of Mount Vernon, brother Lester (Gloria), nieces Tracy Brown and Beth Anne Ross, and countless devoted alumni of Concordia College, Bronxville NY, where he served as Professor of English, Dean of Students and worship leader for more than 30 years. Rev. Green served Lutheran parishes in Yonkers, Mt. Vernon and the Bronx since his ordination from Concordia Seminary in the early 1950s. Visitation at the WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, Inc. Thursday, October 17 from 4-8 p.m. Funeral service on Friday, October 18 at 11 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 122 E. 88th Street and Lexington Avenue, New York City.
