Theodore J. Wrobel, 90, of Eastchester died on September 20, 2023. Beloved father of Theodore (Leslie) Wrobel Jr., John ( Donna) Wrobel, Thomas Wrobel, Steven (Mia) Wrobel, and Elizabeth (Tom) Gentner. Beloved grandfather of 7 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
He married the love of his life, Eleanor Mabel Lane, on April 29, 1956 at Sacred Heart Church, Mt. Vernon, N.Y. His wife Eleanor preceded him in death on November 6, 2019. Theodore was a proud U.S. Army veteran who served in the Korean War. He received the Korean Service Medal, United Nations Service Medal and National Defense Merit Unit Commendation.
He lived a long life -- loved God, family, friends, the NY Mets, and music.
