Obituary for Rosemary Girolami (Varone)

Rosemary Girolami aka Mom, Momma, of Greensboro, GA, formerly Bronxville, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2023.

Born on May 12, 1930 to Charles and Rose Varone, Rosemary was raised with her brother Charles. On January 16, 1954 she married Aldo Girolami in the Bronx at Immaculate Conception Church where she was an active parishioner involved with organizing plays and gatherings with friends.

Mom’s passion was reading and spending time with her family. She loved to shop and get her hair and nails done with her daughter Sue. She enjoyed family dinners at Gordon and Sue’s house while taking in the beautiful scenery of the lake and passing boats.

Rosemary was predeceased by her husband Aldo and is survived by her loving daughters Rosemary C Girolami and Sue (Gordon) Girolami Whatley.
