Survived by son Robert John Sticca and his partner of 23 years Robert Donald Slagle.
Predeceased by his wife of 69 years Annamaria (Ann) (Orlandi) and daughter Elaine Sticca.
Predeceased by his siblings, Pasquale Sticca (Maude), Anoinette (Guido) DiVito, William Sticca (Felice), Juliet (Ulysses) Felitti, Angelo Sticca (Rosemary). Survived by youngest brother Alfred Sticca.
Predeceased by Joseph (Teresa) Orlandi, Salvatore II (Mary) Tavolilla, Raymond ( Fortunata ) Watson.

Survived by his great nieces and nephews, Reverend Michael (Nicolle) Todd, Steven (Ronda) Todd, Mario (Yvette) Sticca, Adrian (Ginny) Sticca, Denise (John) Betz, Alan (Jennifer) Sticca, Maria (Jeff) Geyer, Linda Zaffino (Paul Gangone), Michele (Charles)(Romeo II) Annunziata, Donna Watson (Nicholas Kennedy), Tricia (Anthony) DiPietrantonio, Brooke Tavolilla (Danny Pirraglia), Dana (Richard) Bobé, Mathew DiBiccari, Amanda (Michael) Basiano, Krista (Sean) Lewis, Salvatore Tavolilla IV, Stephen Tavolilla, Sarah (Maki) Sommarribas Christine Truglio (Thomas Hallenberg).
Romeo proudly served in the United States Military and held the rank of top gunner, sharp shooter. He was married to his wife Ann at the Church of the Assumption, Tuckahoe NY on September 24, 1944. Romeo worked as the General Manager of Royal Typewriters Mt Vernon for 45 years.
His love and generosity touched many lives. Romeo was cared for since 2016 by his most trusted and loved health aide Herman Smith. He will be deeply missed. “As long as you remember me, I can never die”.
