Robert (Bob) J. Girigliano passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on May 31,2019. He was 92years old. Bob is survived by his wife of 68 years, Charlotte, as well as, three daughters: Barbara Girigliano, Joan Marrinan, Ellen Ribeiro and their spouses Patrick Marrinan and Anthony Ribeiro. Also, four grand daughters,Meredith and Julia Ribeiro and Katherine and Charlotte Marrinan.
Originally born in the Bronx, Bob has resided in Crestwood (Yonkers), NY since 1968 and has been active as a parishioner of The Annunciation Church, Lion’s Club in Tuckahoe and Lake Isle in Westchester. At 17, Bob joined the US Navy . Thereafter, he received his undergraduate degree from Fordham University, followed by his MBA from Iona College.
While he retired from Pfizer(Warner Lambert) after 30 years , Bob continued to work for another 20 years at both Bartizan in Riverdale and Apple Bank in Bronxville, NY.
The family will receive friends at the WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC. EASTCHESTER Monday, June 3, 2019, 4-8pm. Mass, Tuesday June 4, 2019 at 11:00 am at Annunciation Church, Crestwood.
