Obituary for Rebeca Mendoza Loo
Rebeca M. Loo, age 92. Beloved wife of the late Emilio Loo. Loving mom of Elio (Juanita), and Liliana (Jeffrey) Ware. Cherished Bita of Janahlee, Janie, Jirah, Jill and Josh. Great-grandma of Ilana, Altai, and Noelle.
Rebeca was a faithful woman who enjoyed all that creation had to offer - flowers, children, nature, family, feeding the birds, dancing, and cooking. She will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held from 8:30-9:30 am on Saturday, May 18, at WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, Inc, Eastchester. Life Celebration Service will be held at the funeral home at 9:30 am.
Burial will take place at the Mount Hope Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that you do an act of kindness as she would have done: give flowers to someone to cheer them up, call or help an elderly person, make a child smile, plant a flower in remembrance of a loved one, pray for peace and love and for those most in need, be thankful for life.
