Formerly Phyllis Ciano, born in Bronxville raised in Tuckahoe, resided in Crestwood, NY.

Surviving husband Joseph Bagwell, two sons Jonathan Bagwell of Crestwood, Frank Ciano of NY, eight grand children and two great grand children. Mrs. Bagwell was the retired owner and operator of Phyllis Bagwell’s Day Care in Crestwood. She attended Faith Church in Yonkers where she served faithfully.

She died peacefully in her sleep at home surrounded by her family.
