Obituary for Patricia C. Garcia
Patricia Garcia, sadly passed away on August, 2nd, 2023, at the age of 75.
She was born in Tucumán, Argentina on January 23, 1948 to Carmen and Luis Cavanna. Patricia was married to the late Rogelio Garcia for 52 years. She is survived by her children Claudio Garcia and his wife Iae, Rogelio Garcia and his wife Carmery, Patricio Garcia, and Eliana Garcia-Marino and her husband Frank. She was grandmother to Sébastien, Julian, and Phillip. She is also survived by her siblings, nieces and nephews in Argentina.
As a teacher for Yonkers Public Schools, Patricia was known for her kindness, generosity, compassion, and laughter. She loved shopping. She enjoyed traveling with her best friend Aida and she loved spending time with her friends and family, especially with her three grandsons.
A memorial mass will be held in her name at St. John the Baptist Church, 670 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers, NY, 10704, on September 9th, 2023 at 10:30 am.
