Nicola (Nick) Pagnotta, age 77, beloved husband of Josie Pagnotta and father of Stephen Pagnotta (Michele Pagnotta) and Antoinette Parco (Frank Parco), died on Sunday, December 3 at his home in Eastchester NY. Nick was born on November 9th, 1946 in San Biase Calabria, Italy, the son of the late Filiberto Pagnotta and Carmela Stancati. He worked for many years as a bank manager at Chemical Bank on Arthur Avenue in the Bronx, NY and subsequently drove countless number of children to school, camp and field trips safely as a bus driver. Nick’s greatest pleasure was spending quality time with his grandchildren Hailey, Nicolas, Frankie and Dino.
In addition to his wife, son, and daughter, Nick is survived by his sister Gorettina Pagnotta (Michele Colombo) and countless cousins, nephews and nieces.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, December 9th at Immaculate Conception Church at 9:30 AM, 53 Winter Hill Road Tuckahoe NY. Friends and family will be received at the Westchester Funeral Home, 190 Main St, Eastchester NY on Friday December 8th from 4-8 PM.
