She taught her children to be respectful, self-confident and giving to others less fortunate. She was a “professional” shopper with a keen eye for fashion. Most of all, Peggy loved to be around children, especially her four precious grandchildren.
Peggy was an active member of her church, Immaculate Conception (Tuckahoe) and was a Eucharistic Minister and member of the choir.
Besides her husband Jim, Peggy is survived by her three children; Edward J. (Christine) Napoleon, Paul F. (Elizabeth) Napoleon and Patricia D. (Casimiro) Cibelli, her four grandchildren; Isabella & Victoria Napoleon and Liam & Caitlyn Cibelli. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Ann Nestor and her seven children and their respective spouses.
