Obituary

Obituary for Kenneth Roger Herbert

Kenneth Roger Herbert, 78, of Sun City Center, FL and formerly of Eastchester, NY passed away on March 13, 2019.
Kenneth was born on February 24, 1941 to the late Gustave and Elizabeth (Selburn) Herbert in Yonkers, NY.
Ken worked as an Electrical Construction Mechanic for Con Edison, devoted 40 years as an Eastchester Volunteer Fireman and spent 30 years with the Eastchester Little League Organization.
Kenneth is survived by his two sons; Lance (Teresa) Herbert and Wayne (Tricia) Herbert, daughter; Shiloh Herbert, sister; Virginia Cummings and 14 grandchildren and daughter-in-law Dawn (wife of the late Clint) and sister-in-law of Lois Herbert (widow of the late Earl).
He is predeceased by his son; Clint Herbert.
Visitation will be held on Monday - March 18, 2019 from 3-9 pm at THE WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC., EASTCHESTER.
A Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday - March 19, 2019 9:30 am at Immaculate Conception Church, Tuckahoe, NY. Interment to follow at Kensico Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made in Ken's memory to the: Moffitt Cancer Center - 12902 USF Magnolia Drive - Tampa, FL 33612 or online at www.moffittcancercenter.com
