Obituary for Keith Whitehead
Keith (Whitey) James Whitehead of Bronx, NY, died unexpectedly on March 28th, 2023.
Keith was preceded in death by his mother, Rose Angela Whitehead (his “Queen”); his father, Harold Whitehead; and his grandmother, Dympna Connolly. Keith is survived by Patty Tanner, whom he loved as a sister; his cherished Aunt Collette and cousins Erica and Nicole. He will be remembered by his Aunt Diane and his Uncle Martin and many cousins.
Keith had a passion for life and all it had to offer. Whitey enjoyed relaxing on the beach and having fun poolside. He loved to travel and see the world while making many friends along the way. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him. Keith will forever remain in our hearts, and we pray he is basking in the sun, reunited with his mother and father.
The family will receive friends at Westchester Funeral Home in Eastchester, NY on Friday, March 31 st , 2023 from 5-7pm. A mass will be held at Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel in Hawthorne, NY on Saturday, April 1 st , 2023 at 10:00am. Entombment to follow at Gate of Heaven.
