Jacqueline A. Gilmartin, 66, of Eastchester died on August 24, 2019. Jacqueline was born on March 11, 1953 to the late Frederick and Grace (Kenny) Swartz in Brooklyn, NY.
She is survived by her husband Owen Gilmartin, brothers; Frederick (Laura) Swartz and Richard (Ellen) Swartz and sister; Catherine (Herb) Irwin, step sons; Kevin (Betty) Gilmartin and Owen (Marie) Gilmartin Jr. ; two nieces, six nephews and a step grand-daughter.
The family will receive friends at the WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC. EASTCHESTER on Friday - August 30, 2019 from 4-8 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday - August 31, 2019 at 10:45 am at St. Joseph's Church, Bronxville. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
