Our mom was a wonderful lady, she was the mother of six children five girls and a son. Michael J Leone (Charmane), Jeanne Longhitano, Michele Piliero-Capolino (Thomas deceased) Sally Tripodi (Louis), Lynn Ventresca, Mariann Leonelli. Grandchildren in order: Vincent Piliero, Jessica Sommovigo (Steve), Korynn Pecchioni (Jimmy), Alexis Perone (Tom), Danielle Dugan (Niall), Kristen Patore, (Glen) Alexander Leonelli (Geraldine), Michael Ventresca, Gregory Leonelli (Jesse). Her Great grandchildren are Sofia, Isabella, Andrew, Steven, Sebastian, Franco, Jack, Thomas, Emma, Penelope, Chloe, Luke, Ryan and Valentina. Our mom was born in Hudson, New York. She came to Tuckahoe and worked for The Telephone Company. She met my dad, Sebastiani J Leone. Our parents ran Leones Restaurant on 100 Main Street in Tuckahoe, where we were all born. We then moved to Lawrence Avenue where we all grew up. Our mom worked for The Gap for many, many years. She retired at 80 and was frequently the top sales person of the east coast. She resided on Alkamont Avenue. Our mom lived a very active life. She was a deacon at Immaculate Conception church where all of her children went school. They gave us a great life that we will cherish.
