Condolence From: Peter McCartt
Condolence: Dear Rita and family,
My family is deeply saddened to hear of Nick's passing. The Mayor of Tuckahoe Avenue will be forever remembered for being the kind and warm guardian of our community. I loved all of our mini-conversations because he always put a positive and thoughtful note on every topic.
Please let me know if you need any help with anything, I am right here across the street 36 Tuckahoe Avenue. 917-497-9285 and PMcCartt@hotmail.com We'll get a crew of the neighborhood kids to shovel your walk and driveway when/if the snow comes.
May God bless Nick, you, and your wonderful and big family and we will always see Nick jogging up and down Tuckahoe Ave.
Peace and love,
Peter, Jennifer, Camilla and Miles

Condolence: Dear Rita & family,

Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family at this most difficult time. Nick was a wonderful teacher and a true "company historian". He taught and shared so much with us all. I will miss his phone calls and sound advice. Our trip to Hanley Petroleum in Midland is one that we will cherish for all time. Someone so special can never be forgotten.

Condolence: Rita, Very sorry to hear of Nick's passing. He was one of the finest men that I ever met. When I think of my childhood days, Nick and his family were a big part of that . Great memories from those teenage years working with his father. You and family will always be in my prayers.

Condolence: Rita --
I was so shocked to learn that Nick passed away. He was one of my "rocks" through the years at Hanley Petroleum. I relied on him for so much because he remembered everything! Sometimes he could be exasperating but I loved him dearly. I am so sorry that Don and I can't attend his service but know that you and your family are in our prayers.
