Frances Ann Jackson, 79, of Scarsdale, died on Nov. 21, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Josephine and Joseph Loftus. Beloved wife of the late Gerard Jackson. Devoted mother of Robin Scanlan and her husband Michael, Victoria Rabius and her husband John and the late Gerard (Connie) Jackson. Dear sister of Ellen Loftus, Beverly Slane, Patrick Loftus, Sandra Hesselbacher and the late Paul and Debra Loftus. Cherished grandmother of Michael and his partner Melissa, Daniel, Ryan, Jason, Abbigail, Gerard and James and great-granddaughter Emilia.. Visiting at the WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, Inc., Eastchester, Monday, Nov. 26th from 4-8 pm. Funeral Mass, Our Lady of Fatima Church, Scarsdale, Tuesday, Nov. 27th at 10 am followed by interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
