Ernest Dominick Forcello, "Ernie" (71) passed away on November 22, 2021 at Hudson Valley Hospital Center in Cortland, New York. He passed peacefully with his loved ones by his side. He was born March 3, 1950 and raised in Yonkers, New York. He attended Saint Mary's Elementary and Sacred Heart High School where he was known for his athletic accomplishments on the basketball court.
Preceded in death by his parents Ernest Forcello and Louise Forcello (Torrell), Ernie is survived by his daughter MaryRose Donaghy, son in-law Douglas Donaghy and his three grandchildren Douglas M. Donaghy (18), Julian Forcello (17) and Lainey Rose Donaghy (11). He is also survived by Michael Forcello (brother), Susan Forcello (sister in-law), Annmarie Pompilio (sister), Robert Pompilio (brother in-law), Jay Forcello (brother). He is loved by his nephews and niece Christopher Pompilio (spouse Brittany), Paul Pompilio, Jesse Forcello (Spouse Bethany), Sara Randolph( (Spouse Rod), Mark Forcello, Jay W. Forcello and Sean Forcello.

Ernie was the kind of person who brought the room to life. He was known for his generosity, kindness and for the special love he had for his family and friends. Ernie was well known in the auto sales industry as a great dealership manager and salesman for over 30 years. Ernie was an avid golfer, Yankees fan and loved being together with family. The family will receive friends at the WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC. Eastchester, NY Sunday 1-4pm. Mass of Christian Burial, Monday at 10:30am at Assumption Church, Tuckahoe.
