Elsie J. Celestino, lifelong resident of Tuckahoe,NY died on Oct. 10, 2019. She was the daughter of the late Ida and Peter Chiappa. Beloved wife of the late Alfred Celestino she is survived by her devoted sons, Stephen and Vincent Celestino. Elsie worked at Bloomingdales in the Human Resources Department.
