In 2003, Eileen graduated from Manhattan College with a bachelor’s degree in education, and later graduated from Columbia University with a master’s degree in education. In 2015, Eileen was one of five state finalists from NJ for the Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching. Most recently, Eileen loved working with the staff at Mosa Mack Science developing curriculum, and at Eduscape.

Eileen loved traveling with her husband, and occasionally her sister, experiencing different cultures, and learning French, Spanish, Italian, and Gaelic.
