Edmy Maria De Suarez, 83, of Eastchester died on December 2, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Gaston Suarez.
In loving memory to our beloved mom and grandma, Edmy De Suarez. Edmy passed away at the age of 84 after a long fought battle with dementia. She leaves behind her beloved 4 kids: Patricia, Ronald, Rossana and Ruy; and 6 grandkids: Patrick, Alexandra, Norman, David, Andrea and Rodrigo.

With you, you take the caresses and songs that you sang to me in my childhood, you take the loving smile and the comforting words that illuminated my life. I will miss you like the bird misses its lost nest and the girl who lives in me will look for you in the corners of the house, calling you. Your strong heart withstood storms and overcame sorrows, you taught me to fight, not to let myself be defeated, to spread hope and not to lose my dreams.
