Edith Fritz 101 a life long resident of Yonkers passed away on May 27th at Rosary Hill Home Hawthorne. Edith was born on September 21, 1918 in the Bronx, NY. A talented cook/baker who always cherished Christmas Eve celebration with the family. She was predeceased by her husband Ernest Fritz of 67 years, survived by her children Allen(Jeanne) Fritz and daughter Joan Burrell (husband Richard predeceased) four grandchildren Christopher, Brian, Megan, Reid and three great grandchildren Amelia, Thomas and Bryan. Edith was active in her parish Our Lady of Fatima throughout her life serving on many committees. A Mass to celebrate her life will be at a later date.
