Obituary for Daniel Curtin

Daniel J. Curtin of Somers NY formerly The Bronx passed peacefully surrounded by his family. Born March 20, 1940 in Dromin, Listowel County Kerry Ireland. He was 15th born child of 16 children to Elizabeth(Dowling) and Denis Curtin.
Predeceased by his parents, brothers;
Denis, Lawrence, Charles, John, Patrick, Joseph, Anthony and James. Sisters; Mary, Margaret, Anne (Sullivan), Bridget and Theresa. Survived by his sisters Betty Shea of Eastchester, NY and Noreen Donohue of Manchester, UK. Godson Denis Shea and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Many extended family and friends. He was loved in life and will be missed by all that knew him.
Daniel immigrated to the United States in 1963 and worked in St. Raymond’s cemetery for many years.
The family will receive friends at the WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC. EASTCHESTER Wednesday, August 3, 2022, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Mass, Thursday August 4, 2022 at 9:30 am at Immaculate Conception Church, Tuckahoe. Interment to follow at St. Raymond's Cemetery.
