I today learned of Carls passing and would like to express my deepest sympathy to Jeanie and Family. Carl was quite a guy and an old friend as is Jeanie. It’s a time like this that makes me what to turn back to the clock and spend more time with old friends like Carl… He was a Great Guy may he Rest In Eternal Peace.

I just learned about Carl's passing. My condolences to the family. He was a Red Cross volunteer with me for many years in addition to his work with all of the other organizations that he dedicated his time to. He will be missed.

My heartfelt condolences to Carl's family and many, many friends. I was not one of the fortunate ones who met or got to know Carl. But I know he was greatly respected & honored by many of my fellow EMTs in NYC, and he positively touched the lives of a great many New Yorkers, through his passion for and love of helping others at their times of crisis. We mourn our loss, but those we lose have gone onward and upward to a place of total happiness. May we meet them there one day.

I remember Carl running around the Bronx responding to 911 calls when I worked Misericordia EMS. Carl and his guys were always so helpful in and at an emergency scene. He will be missed but alot of Ems people who knew him
