Obituary for Camille DelVecchio (Lanzetti)

Camille Anne Lanzetti Del Vecchio was born to Joseph and Josephine Lanzetti on July 16, 1928 in Eastchester, NY. She grew up on the same street as a young Albert DelVecchio, whom she married on October 17th, 1948.

Camille was devoted to her family and involved in many community groups including Girl Scouts, PTA and an active member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Scarsdale before she and Albert retired to Florida. She was a very modern woman and always worked even when raising her family. Her grandchildren and her great grandchildren were her greatest joy in life. She was an avid knitter and all grandchildren had numerous sweaters that were made with love.

Camille is predeceased by her husband Albert in 2015. Camille is survived by her children Richard (Carol) Del Vecchio, Janice (Joseph) Molinero, Marianne (Thomas) Maloney and Judy (John) Fix, her 9 grandchildren and their families. She is also survived by her sister, Frances Lanzetti of Lehigh Acres, FL.

Thank you to the doctors and nurses at the New York State Veterans Home at Montrose for their loving care over these last 6 years.
