Audecio Baio, 81, of Bronxville, NY died on Feb. 27, 2020. Beloved husband of Celeste Baio, devoted father of Paul F.and his wife Emily and Decio Baio and dear brother of Mercedes Vinhas.Cherished grandfather of Ayrton Baio. Born in Sao Paolo, Brazil in 1939 to Adelina and Joaquim Baio, he was raised in Camarneira, District of Coimbra, Portugal. He came to the Bronx, NY in 1958 and became a U.S. citizen in 1963. He enjoyed a fruitful career in heavy civil and commercial large construction as a highly respected operating engineer. Audecio was also an avid wine maker and a seasoned home builder. Visiting at the WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, Inc., Eastchester, Sunday, March 1 from 2-6PM. Funeral Mass, St. Joseph's Church, Bronxville, Monday, March 2 at 9:45AM followed by interment at Ferncliff Cemetery.
