Angela Tiso, passed away peacefully on February 14, 2024 at the age of 102. She was born on September 12, 1921 in Benevento, Italy. She immigrated to America after marrying for beloved husband, Anthony in 1962 where they started their life together.

Angela was an amazing woman raising her son Vincent alone after her husband passed away at age 54. She was a strong, independent, loving and caring person.

Angela worked for many years at the Mount Vernon Board of Education until her retirement. A job she loved dearly. She loved seeing her friends and family, never missing a day at the Senior Center up until the very end of her life.

She loved cooking, baking, spending time with family and friends and watching her beloved NY Yankees with her grandchildren

Angela had a strong motivation to help others and her kindness and generosity were evident in all of her endeavors throughout her life. Angela was loved by all who knew her.

Angela is survived by her son, Vincent, daughter-in-law Susan, grandchildren Michael , Amanda and many nieces and nephews both in America and Italy.
