Condolence From: Mary Lou & Nick
Condolence: Dear Connie, Maria, Peter & Family, The heart that your mother had for others is a rare gift to the many people who had the privilege to know her. She was an amazing mother and devoted herself to raising the three of you. She dearly loved all her grandchildren, all of whom will greatly miss her. I remember with fond memories the many times we came to New York to stay with all of you. The times she came to stay with us in Columbus and the day I came home from work and she had scrubbed and shined all my pots and pans, we still chuckle about that. I have her beautiful crocheted dollies displayed in our home. The conversations that she and my mother had on the phone that lasted forever, they would talk about Italy, their family and the memories of the Castle that our great grandmother and great grandfather and our grandparents lived in. When I spoke with her on the phone she would always say, when you are coming to see me, then say “I love you”. She would end the conversation with her infectious laughter. May the wonderful memories of your Mother’s love be with you and comfort all of you at this sad time. Wishing I could be there with you, but will be keeping all of you in my prayers, she will always have a special place in my heart. With much love, Your cousins Mary Lou & Nick
