Sent to Henry Ciamarra at ETS: Thank you for sending out your kind and sad letter informing your customers of Al Leone's passing. I, like many of your customers never met him, but you could always count on excellent service and his friendly voice was always welcome.

Please extend my condolences to his family and for taking the time to recognize your employees in the business that you've run so well for many years.

Warm regards, Brent Pendleton

Our deepest sympathy to Al's family. We only knew him as the very nice, helpful voice on the phone, but we came to think of him as a friend and only called when we knew he was on duty. We will miss him!
