After the funeral
what happens then?
|
The loss of a loved one is life’s most troubling event. Many times, a family member has particular difficulty coping with grief and bereavement. Everyone mourns differently and grieving helps to heal after a loss. When you or someone you love needs help dealing with the death of a loved one, we can help. We offer bereavement services, referrals to grief counselors and support groups, and offer a 1000-volume Thanatology lending library with extensive materials on important topics related to grief, care of the aging, hospice, death, and dying.
Watch this site for information about our frequent in-service presentations and educational seminars
and ask for a free copy of Legacy, our community service newsletter, published two to three times a year.
For over 171 years, our family has been here for you
before, during, and after the funeral.
Often, families appreciate additional support when dealing with the loss of a loved one. We have a close connection with two Bereavement Group Facilitators, Monica Magner and Joan Adinolfi Mallory.
