Bingjuan Chen, 68, died on September 12, 2017 in White Plains, NY. Beloved wife of Qi Tao. Loving mother of Shu Tao and mother-in-law of Yahui Kang. Cherished grandmother of Connie Tao and Lori Tao. Dear sister of Bingyu Chen, Bingkun Chen and Bingming Chen. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Bingjuan was born in Yangzhou, China on July 17, 1949 to the late Dinian Chen and Huilan Li. She retired as the chief officer of the Sheyang Print Factory in 1999. Throughout her life and career, she dedicated tremendous love and care to her family. Her legacy will live on in all family members' hearts.
The family will hold a brief memorial service at the Westchester Funeral Home, between 1:00pm and 1:30pm, on Thursday September 14.
